Probably a loose top/button down with a thin belt and shorts/trousers. Or a long boho-ish top with leggings would be good. Even a day dress or something casual and cozy would look good, especially for summer. Actually, t-strap flats can go with a lot of outfits so feel free to experiment with your wardrobe :)
